As the founder and CEO of Slay NYC, Najaye is a Master Hairstylists in luxury extensions and natural hair care. Her love for hair was established as a child and since has continued to blossom. From the time she received her cosmetology license in 2017, Najaye has acquired 5 years of professional hair care specializing in micro-link extensions, sew-ins, and color processing.

 

Najaye's driving force behind Slay is to give women newfound confidence, enhancing their look with high-end extensions that give natural results. In doing so, she strives to educate her clients on how to care for their hair at home to rebuke the miseducation of black hair and extensions. Najaye has serviced over 300 clients in her career and has built a trusted brand over the years. She’s not only a hairstylist but an artist with a passion for creative expression through beauty.
